You’re growing up so fast!
To my Bugga bugga
Next month you’re starting Kindergarten! I can’t believe it. It seems like just yesterday I was tucking you into you car seat as we drove away from the hospital. I had to sit right next to your seat so I could watch you the whole way home.
The next thing I knew you were taking your first steps. You are the sweetest, smartest most wonderful daughter anyone could ever hope for. I can’t believe how lucky I am. And when I see you walk into a room with your big beautiful smile my heart melts, when you learn something new I beam with pride, and when I see how much you’ve grown… I contemplate never feeding you again. OK, I’ll never do that. I know you have to grow, I know you have to start this new journey as you go off to school and make new friends and learn all about this world.
But I’ll always be here waiting for hugs and kisses and I’ll always support you, I promise. I love you so much I can’t believe I’m going to say this but… It’s OK to grow up. But if you wanted to maybe slow down just a little… I wouldn’t mind.
